Product Description


CH340E 기반의 USB to TTL 시리얼 컨버터입니다.



● Simulate a standard serial port for upgrading the original serial peripheral device or adding an additional serial port via USB.


● The serial port application under the Windows operating system on the computer is fully compatible and does not need to be modified.


● Hardware full-duplex serial port, built-in transceiver buffer, support communication baud rate of 50bps ~ 2Mbps.


● Support common MODEM contact signals RTS, DTR, DCD, RI, DSR, CTS.


● Provide RS232, RS485, RS422 and other interfaces through external level shifting devices.


● CH340R chip supports IrDA specification SIR infrared communication, and supports baud rate from 2400bps to 115200bps.


●The software is compatible with CH341, you can directly use the driver of CH341.


● Support 5V power supply voltage and 3.3V power supply voltage or even 3V power supply voltage.


● CH340C and E and CH340B have built-in clocks, no external crystal oscillator is required, and the CH340B also has built-in EEPROM for configuring serial numbers.


● Available in SOP-16 and SSOP-20 and MSOP-10 lead-free packages, compatible with RoHS.
